Implementation of order

Upon your order is completed and confirmed by phone (in case is made through the web page or via e-mail) and provided that the products are available, the implementation of it is realized within 1-5 working days.

When the requested articles does not exist in the deposit of our drugstore, are found in lack from manufactures’ point of view, exists change in price or needed further clarifications concerning products with concrete specifications, then will be followed telephone communication with the customer, in order any detail to be clarified. As soon as everything is confirmed, the order advances in the next stage of its implementation.

Cancellation of Order

Until we contact you in order to confirm the delivery of your order, you have the possibility to require the cancellation of it. As soon as the relative briefing has made, cancellation cannot be proceeded any more.

However, in case you wish to cancel your order after the mission’s beginning, you are charged with the postal expenses.

Order’s cancellation can be made through our web page, using e-mail or by phone in 211-212-5-212 (working days days and hours) and fax number 211-212-5-215 for all 24-hour period.

If you have deposited the relevant cost in banking account or you have paid using credit card and however, you wish to cancel your order, you have to communicate with us in order to find a way to return you the sum, minus banking expenses.

Money's discharge will be completed within 30 days of the information's day regarding cancellation.

Shipping

A. Since the philosophy of our electronic drug store encompasses in the triptych Quality-Price-Velocity, we all time try to succeed low prices regarding the cost of orders.

Below, are presented four different shipping methods that we have designed in order to decide what the way that suites to you, mostly.

B. All of the available products can be delivered in Greece and globally, as well, upon your request.

Products' shipping can be in any address, i.e. your residence, your job address, in your hotel as well as in the address of another recipient to whom you are sending a gift (the last one consists always a pre-paid order and it is better if you mention it in the point Add Comments About Your Order).

You can choice between the following four ways:

SHIPPING VIA GREEK POST or COURIER

1) "Simple pre-paid shipping"

It is an economic way of orders' shipping, where the delivery is made from the local branch of GREEK POST.

The cost of that way of shipping is calculated automatically in your basket of markets depending on cost and the weight of products you have ordered.

2) "shipping of products in your place"

Your order will be delivered in your place, having also informed us respectively after telephone communication*, as well. The delivery will be made through our cooperating courier company **

*If the shipping is about a gift delivery it is important to know exact elements regarding recipients' name, address and telephone number (Don't forget to mention it in the point You add Comments on the order). You have also to pre-pay the specific order.

** Courier company is always consists our choice.

The expenses of "shipping of products in your space" are calculated automatically in your basket of markets depending on the cost and the weight of products of your order.

3) " Express shipping"

Urgent shipping requirements consist priority, having firstly communicated with you in order to fix the final cost of order and the delivery's time (Ii is ranged between few hours to one day).

Cost of "Express shipping" is calculated are calculated after our telephone communication and depends on order and destination. The minimum cost of that way of shipping is formulated at Euro 12.

Returns of Products

You have the right to return the products you have bought, without economic damage, within 10 working days from the day of delivery. The only cost that you will pay is the cost of return.

Returns are acceptable only provided that the products are found in the same situation in which you received them, i.e. without opening and having also the relevant retail sale or invoice.

Returns of your money will be completed within 30 days from the date that you have received the order.
